During Registration

At the Conference

Sponsors may request to scan your conference badge or QR code. Allowing this scan is considered explicit consent to share your registration details with that particular sponsor. If you do not want to share your information, simply do not allow your QR code to be scanned.

2. How Sponsor Scanning Works

• Each attendee will receive a unique QR code (printed or digital) tied to their registration.
• Sponsors using the official AgentsCon India lead retrieval system can scan this code to receive your shared details (name, email, company, job title).
• Data is transmitted securely and is only accessible to the specific sponsor you consented to engage with via scan.

Important: Your data is not shared automatically with all sponsors. Scanning is always opt-in and under your full control.

3. Data Protection & Usage

• All data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy regulations, including GDPR (where applicable).
• Sponsors are required to use your data solely for relevant and respectful follow-ups (e.g., sending resources, product information, or thank-you notes).
• We prohibit the use of your data for unsolicited marketing or unrelated outreach.
