Code of Conduct

AgentsCon India is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices.

We do not tolerate harassment of any kind at the conference—including during talks, networking sessions, community spaces, or online interactions related to the event.

This Code of Conduct applies to all attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and organizers at AgentsCon India 2025. Cooperation from all participants is expected to help ensure a welcoming environment for everyone.

Reporting a Concern

If you experience or witness a breach of this Code of Conduct, please notify a member of our team immediately. Look for organizers and volunteers in branded t-shirts or badges. You may also contact our Code of Conduct enforcement team at: [email protected]

Summary

AgentsCon India 2025 is a harassment-free zone. We do not permit:

• Offensive verbal comments related to gender, identity, age, disability, appearance, race, religion, or tech choices
• Sexual imagery, language, or behavior in talks, booths, or social settings
• Intimidation, stalking, or unwanted photography
• Inappropriate physical contact or unwelcome sexual attention
• Sustained disruption of sessions or events
• Any form of discrimination or exclusion

Participants asked to stop such behavior are expected to comply immediately. Violators may be warned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the organizers.

Sponsor & Exhibitor Guidelines

All sponsors and exhibitors are subject to this policy. Booths, demos, and giveaways must be free from sexualized content, attire, or behavior. Please help us foster a professional and respectful environment.

Our Commitment

We are here to help you feel safe and respected. Conference staff will assist in contacting venue security, local authorities, or arranging support if needed. Your participation matters, and we value your presence at AgentsCon India 2025.
